Knowing that a PSII is going to be conducted on the care that you/a family member received, or on care you provided can be scary; therefore we need these responses to be conducted sensitively and appropriately. Conducting a PSII learning response is also resource intensive, it is therefore important that when committing to this resource, that they deliver the benefit for our patients, their families and our organisations. We've condensed what we consider to be the main aspects to consider into these 4 points. In the survey, you will explore how your PSII scores against these 4 aspects, and be given a personalised report with suggestions for improvement at the end.
